- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Deeply disappointed by the way we were all treated (including family members). Absolutely no compassion or empathy given, felt we were just fobbed off. Wrong information given to us by nurses (including medication). On 2 occasions, they gave us another patients details thinking it was our case!!
