  I had an appointment one dayband I had to wait 3 hours .I waited 2 and I left ,I had to go work . I asked to reschedule for another time and loose more work time.I went again and had to wait 3 hours more! It is ridiculous and sad . This country is worse than mine . Brittish citizens don't have self-sense of respect otherwise they would not allow that to happen. All they are good at is to get drunk at the pub instead of solve the problems.

  I visited Northwick Park this afternoon Friday 29 Sept 2017 with a severe chest infection. I would like to express my sincere thanks to the reception staff, to the nurse at Triage desk where I was promptly referred to the Emergency Department. Again the standard of care in the ED did not disappoint. Thank you too to all the Doctors & Nurses in ED to the X-ray team and to the nurses on the recovery ward who even went to great lengths to successfully find me a phone charger I know you were all extremely busy but each and everyone of you went the extra mile so thank you.

  Thank you to the staff of the Maternity Department who looked after my daughter during her stay towards the end of September 2017. My daughter was well supported physically and emotionally during a very difficult time. The two midwives who were with her during her labour showed understanding and professionalism to the highest degree. Full praise to the doctors in the unit who cared for my daughter, for their patience and professionalism. Last, but not least, a big thank you to the ladies who served meals and encouraged my daughter to eat when she was reluctant to do so. Thanks again.
